   Mark Pérès has over forty years of experience in the nuclear industry, including nuclear reactor and hazardous waste treatment plant design, construction, commissioning, operations, oversight and management. His experience includes leadership roles in:

• small modular nuclear reactor design, 
• molten salt reactor design, 
• fast reactor operations, 
• nuclear facility construction, testing and start-up, 
• nuclear facility management, 
• spent nuclear fuel cleanup, 
• nuclear project management, 
• engineering management, and 
• nuclear facility Operational Readiness Review.  

Mark is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds a PMI Project Manager certification. He has a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and has completed the required course work for a PhD in Nuclear Engineering (ABD).

• Team Leader on multiple DOE Facility Evaluation Board (FEB) reviews, similar to the US Navy nuclear Operational Reactor Safeguard Examination (ORSE) program
